The study reflects the inaccessibility and unavailability of health services to the people. It highlights the variation in health indicators in tribal rural area to that of urban population in terms of immunization status, institutional deliveries, antenatal care, methods of contraception used by the couples under reproductive age group. Further, the findings of the study can be effectively used in designing focused delivery system for marginalized people inhabiting in remote areas. It emphasizes the need of family planning provisions with convenient methods of contraception for them.
